Yep will arrange for this build. We do need to get this fixed, massive muddy bog that it is.

Hope to be able to make this one. Will confirm a little closer to the date. Will also make sure I get a good nights sleep beforehand, don't want Dave rippin' on me again for looking tired on the job again ;D
Cheers

How many pallets do you reckon we need? I can get my hands on a couple of un-treated pine pallets (1M X 1.2M). Not sure how strutually sound they are, or how long they'd last. If they're any good to you, let me know.

Cheers

Bring as many as you can. They only have to last 6 months or so until the tracks dry out and we can get rock up there.

Have just found the 'Mother Load' of pallets. An office supply mob (South East Office Supplies......I think) in Rooks Rd, Nunawading/Vermont throws about 4 of these pallets away everyday. I reckon I could carry about 5 of these things in the ol' ute & could probably make a couple of deliveries to Lysterfield before the 18th if there's somewhere to store these suckers??? They're availabe for anybody to take, so if somebody else is in the area & can carry a few, then that would also be an option.

All,

All organised, we will have some powered machinery on site on Sat so we can fix up the bog at the end of the new trail.

Calling on all to help out with this would be great to have many numbers to get this area rocked and repaired for long time.

We will then also have crews push to the Hallam Nth car park and fix those first few tight corners at the beginning of Hug trail.

I will be starting 8am to get a good start with the machinery.

Cheers Olly

Does the above mean we still need pallets???

Also plan to start at 8am, but can only stick around until about 12pm.

Yeh bring the pallets along. We should have enough builders so we can send a crew up to Soggy Gully with the pallets to put them into the track.

Will replace with rock once dry

All,

Dont forget that Lysty Trail Building will be on this weekend. Grab a mate and come along.

We will be fixing the 2 nasty bog holes which will make Hug and Upper Blair Witch a dry ride.

Also dont forget your palletts if you have them, the more the better.

8am & 10am Start Trailmix Carpark.

See you Saturday.
