Interesting reading, could be good times ahead. More funding, and more awareness of cycling in general can only be a good thing.

Well it is a bit light on I suppose, but at least the issue is being discussed. P15 does say:

"Contribute to Parks Victoria?s development of a holistic Mountain Bike Plan for
Victoria
. 2011 - 2015"

I wonder how thats being developed?
