Hey Y'all I missed out on the early bird entry but it sounds like I'm needed in the LDTR 1 team?

If so I'll register under that name.

Can anyone confirm?

Anyone else interested in coming to the B24 on Nov 12 & 13?

http://bright24hr.com.au/

We already have 2 teams of 4 registered. Most of us are heading up to Bright on the Friday arvo, camping the two nights, heading home Sunday arvo.

There are a couple of ways to ride in the B24 - the Traditional way and the Social way.

B24 - The Traditional way - This is raced in the usual relay fashion. One rider at a time from your team goes out for their stint, then tags with a team mate and the team mate then enters the course. The race starts at 12pm and finishes at 12pm on Sunday. Who ever has the most laps wins.

Esprit de Corps - The Social way - Team mates can race together and their time is accumulated until 24hrs of riding time is reached. The time does not have to be completed all at once. As you enter the course your time starts, and when you leave, it stops. Entry and exit are at control points.
Keep Rollin' Rollin' Rollin.

Due to late withdrawal we have a spare spot on a team of 4 for the B24.
Team is two LDTR members and another mate.
Come and enjoy the full 24 hours with us, or do a few laps to help us out over the stretch.
You don't need to be a racing rocket. Just up for MTB ride around a ripper course, and a bit of a challenge.
If you,or someone you know is interested, let me know.

Hey Adam,
If the spot is still available, I'm interested.

My resume includes: Raced once at an FFLL.

Not the most experienced rider, but i'd give it my best shot :P

Cheers,
Nate.

Nate, and you are an OTB specialist (according to Pinkbike).

Adam, when are you guys going up? Do you want to join our ldtr tent city?

All we need now is to get Nuts and Matt up there and it will be like old times.

Nuts has retired from racing of any kind and Matt now spends his days taking selfies and creating new #'s.

Is #'s shorthand for #Cookies ?

Okie dokie, so I've just signed up to take Dave's spot on team 1, no way to avoid the pain now :-P

Silly question, but does anyone have a spare ldtr jersey they can loan me for the race? I wouldn't mind representing properly, but pocket money always seems low when the jersey orders are on so haven't grabbed one yet.
(promise I'll wash all the yuks out good and proper afterwards!)

Or if someone has one they don't want anymore I'd be happy to reimburse you for it
