LDTR Skills

LDTR are now providing Mountain bike skills session by qualified MTB instructors. Each instructor is certified by MTBA and PMBIA (Professional Mountain Bike Instructor Association).

We will be offering MTB skills for Beginners and Intermediate riders:
  • Beginner riders will learn the very basics of riding a mountain bike, covering skills like body position, braking, use of gears and visual skills.

  • Intermediate riders will go back and cover the basics of mountain biking which will give a good foundation to then explore skills such as cornering, climbing, pressure control and timing/Coordination.

Each lesson runs for two hours, and is run from the Lysterfield Visitors centre at Lysterfield Lake park. Each rider must have a mountain bike in good working order, and an Australian standards approved helmet. Please also bring along a water bottle, snack and suitable shoes and clothing.

Regards,

LDTR Crew

Hi I know it is late notice. I had committed to a ride that has just been cancelled so thought I could not join this one. Any chance I could jump into the 10.30 session tomorrow?

If not all good :)

Hi Zoe,

There is room left in the 10:30 B2B and beginners tomorrow morning.

Which do you want me to put you down for?

Jake.
