Trail Status Update

Trail Status Update

We have had a few enquiries about the trails.
No trails are closed BUT we strongly reccomend not riding on the trails for at least 24 hours after there has been 10mm or more of rain within a day.

Cheers,

Not sure Travis, don't think it has been 10mm. Not sure what condition the tracks are exactly in, just reminding people about our guideline of the 10mm

Someone else might be able to clarify how much rain we've had?

The BOM has pretty good detail.  The figures below are for the 24 hours prior to 9am on the date shown (all are 0mm since 9am today).  Source  http://www.bom.gov.au/cgi-bin/wrap_fwo.pl?IDV60179.html

                        9th        10th      11th
Lysterfield       11mm   11mm    2.8mm
Rowville          27mm   7.4mm   1.0mm
Narre Warren  22mm   10mm     2.0mm

Rode today. Not too bad at all, albeit some drainage required on lower IMBA and Middle. Lysty didn't get hit that hard, it was  the west of Vic that really copped it.
